Karnataka: Naval Ship Repair Yard, Karwar has invited applications from ITI students for 150 vacancies in various departments. The last date to fill in the application form is November 5, 2018. Interested candidates may access the application form from ‘Employment news’ and send it by post to ‘The Officer-in-charge, Dockyard Apprentice School, Naval Ship Repair Yard, Naval Base, Karwar, Karnataka-581 308″ with a copy of 10th class mark sheet, ITI semester-wise mark sheet, category certificate for OBC/SC/ST candidates only, disability certificate for PwD candidates, certificate from competent authority, if son/daughter of armed forces personnel/naval defence civilian employee, aadhaar and PAN card. Candidates must be class 10 pass with and a minimum of 50 percent marks along with aggregate 65 percent marks in ITI Examination in relevant trade. They must fall in the age bracket of 14 to 21 to qualify for the job openings. Candidates would be selected on the basis of marks obtained in Matric and ITI examination. Then, the selected students need to qualify a written test followed by an interview round. The interview shall be conducted in January and February 2019
