GATE 2019 : GATE – Graduate Aptitude Test is an national level engineering entrance examination conducted together by the IISc – Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and the seven IIT’s – Indian Institutes of Technology i.e Delhi, Bombay, Roorkee, Kanpur ,Guwahati, Kharagpur and Madras on behalf of the MHRD – Ministry of Human Resource Development , NCB – National Coordination Board GATE, Department of Higher Education, Government of India. This test makes candidates eligible for to get admission to PG Courses (M.Tech, Ph.D) in the field of engineering and technology.
Qualifying in GATE is a compulsory for the students who are looking for admission in Master’s program and Doctoral programs in the field of engineering, Architecture and Technology at various institutions supported by Indian Government. Further, numerous Public Sector Companies have been utilizing the GATE score in their recruitment procedure.
About GATE 2019
Every year the GATE is organised by IIT and IISc on rotational basis. GATE 2019 is organised by IIT Guwahati. Students willing to appear in GATE 2019 Exam can access all the details from the official website of the IIT Guwahati i.e http:www.gate.iitg.ac.in or http://www.appsgate.iitg.ac.in/ GATE 2019 online exam will be led on 23 subjects. GATE 2019 online examinations will be held amid the forenoon and evening sessions.
