Refund & Withdrawal Policy

At Universal Group of Institutions (UGI), we follow a transparent and student-friendly refund policy in accordance with the guidelines of regulatory authorities.

• Pre‑Admission Cancellation: If a student withdraws before the commencement of the academic session, the admission processing fee will be deducted, and the balance tuition fee will be refunded as per norms.
• Post‑Admission Cancellation: If a student withdraws after the academic session begins, the refund will be processed as per the latest UGC/AICTE guidelines or any other applicable regulatory instructions.
• Processing Time: Refunds are normally processed within 30 working days from the date of receiving a complete withdrawal application.
• How to Apply for Refund: Students must submit a written application for withdrawal, along with all supporting documents, to the Accounts/Admission Office.
