UGI Organised a Placement Drive by HDFC Bank on 27th November, 2015

Universal Group of Institutions (UGI) Lalru, conducted joint placement drive by HDFC Bank on 27th Nov, 2015 for the students of MBA/BBA/ B.Com in which 146 students from different colleges participated. Leading company HDFC Bank selected 08 students with pay packages of upto Rs. 1.68 Lakh p.a. plus various incentives. The selected students will be placed in various cities of the country.

Dr. Gurpreet Singh, Chairman, Universal Group of Institutions congratulated the selected students and said that the reason behind this success is strong academic base & conduction of regular classes with interactive sessions. It not only provides them valuable practical experience, but also helps them unravel their core capabilities.

Explaining the policy of Universal Group regarding placements, Ms. Shweta Sharma, Dean, Universal Group said that the students of all our colleges at are made to appear for placement drives of various companies. Even the students of other colleges are also given this opportunity if the concerned companies permit.

Mr. Nitin Rekhi Assistant Vice President from HDFC Bank commented, “I was truly inspired by the energy and dedication towards this company and the expertise in handling logistics, all the arrangements by Universal Group of Institutions".

Mr. Ravi Pratap Singh, Asst. TPO Universal Group said that in the drive by HDFC Bank apart from the students of our own campuses, the students of many other colleges also participated. Mr. Ravi Pratap added that a number of more such drives will be conducted so that all the students are placed before they pass out.
