UGI organized a one day expert talk on Works Ethics at Workplace under Faculty Development Program

Today, under Faculty Development Program, a one day expert talk on Works Ethics at Workplace was being organized by Universal Group of Institutions in the presence of worthy Campus Director, Prof. Shranjeet Singh Dhillon, Dr.Virender Kaur, Director Academics, Principals and HOD’s from various esteemed Institutions of UGI and all the dignified members of faculty. An expert in psychological behavior from corporate sector Ms. Himadri Gulati (Senior HR), University of Delhi gave a power packed presentation covering around ten aspects related to "Works' Ethics at Workplace” which were directly related to employee engagement, belongingness, work culture, individual work and team work.

 

Furthermore, she delineated five parameters for organizational growth, Employee enablers and Organization enablers, Employee behavior, Need of every employee (such as survival, security, belongings, and importance), shared goals and values (instrumental conditioning and observational learning), work ethics and culture. She further added how with the help of different tools like OCTAPACE and Johari window, we can improve organizational culture and open communications, collaboration and team work and solve the conflicts with the help of grid prepared by Thomas Kilmann. Director Academics, Dr. Virender Kaur gave a token of respect to the distinguish guest speaker of the day by presenting a memento and Mr. Sohan Lal (UIET) extended a vote of thank to Ms. Himadri Gulati.
