UGI organized an Industrial Visit to Advance Technologies for students of CSE Department.

Advance Technology, Chandigarh is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company deals in the field of Hardware Development, Embedded Products Development, Security & Surveillance and Engineers Training Programs. Advance Technology is the mission, which is working for the promotion of latest technologies in India & Abroad.

Objective : The visit was designed to:

  • Give students  How to apply the Technologies in Real Application
  • Learning the Combination of Hardware and Software .
  • Introduction to Cloud Computing and its real world applications.
  • How to work in Company Environment.

 

Abstract: Students of Cse-3rd and BCA -1st went for industrial visit which included a motivational presentation, introducing students with what today IT Companies require and to how to apply their knowledge in real world. Then it was continued by a presentation by Er.Jaspreet Kaur, Technical Expert on the brief introduction about the company. A lot of information was shared which included what is the basic purpose of being an Engineer.

                 Then the presentation was handed over to Mr Kapil Jindal, Manager who gave introduction to many latest applications working on android mobiles. What different hardware are available which are made by the engineers of their age. Then they shared their experience of being working in a IT company ,what challenges they faced, what all they learnt during their working experience Students were encouraged to ask questions and discuss topics.

   Then at last they gave a presentation on Recent trends in Technologies which included videos gave a lot of information.

Students activity: At the end of the visit,

  • Students learnt a lot about the new latest technologies and looking ahead to work on them in future.
